We offer refund or resend warranty at below case:
1) The buyer got wrong color, wrong size, wrong style. We will change for the buyer and resend except the buyer make mistake to let us get wrong style. (our company will pay the resend shipping cost)
2) The buyer got not good quality stuff, it has defect like a big hole on its outter or inside, zipper broken, handle broken, can open, color fade etc. In such case, we will offer to change a new one or give the buyer some refund depended on the condition of the goods. (half to half shipping cost paid by our company and buyer)
3) The buyer never got the package. At this case, there are three reasons:
1th. the customs hold the package, at this, we will see at where it was hold. If the package was hold by China custom, we will give you new package to resend without any excuse. If the package was hold by the buyer country custom, we will not offer any refund or resend unless the buyer buy shipping insurance from us. It is 15% basc on the total goods price.
2th. If the package lost by shipping process not at custom, like the express company send to wrong address, we will work out this at here, it often needs 2 weeks to , if the buyer still not got the goods at final, we will give full refund or resend new package.
3th. If the package was got to the buyer location but no one take it, then after 5 days the package will return back to us, at this, we will not offer resend unless the buyer pay the resend shipping cost.
